2. Information We Collect

- Address information: delivery and billing addresses, including delivery instructions
- Order information: products ordered, quantities, order notes, and fulfillment details
- Wholesale application information: resale certificate documentation, business license details, and business tax information when needed for approval or verification
- Communications: messages you send by email, through our web chatbot, through our automated voice information line, or by phone

- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the site, search queries, and referring URLs
- Cookies and similar technologies: authentication/session tokens, shopping cart data, and site preferences
Information from third parties
- Payment information: payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. We may receive limited payment-related information such as card brand, last four digits, transaction status, and transaction identifiers for our records.
- Customer relationship and workflow information: customer and order data may be synchronized to our operational tools after purchase to support fulfillment, notifications, and customer service.

Google Analytics 4
We currently use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as device and browser information, site interactions, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies.
To opt out of Google Analytics on this site and across other websites that use it, you can install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Ads conversion tracking.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the site functions.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (“DNT”) setting. There is no single accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals in a uniform way.
Third-party tracking disclosure
Because we use Google Analytics 4 and Stripe-related web technologies during checkout, third parties may collect information about your activity on our website in connection with the services they provide to us. We do not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
6. Chatbot and Automated Voice Line
Nacho (web chatbot)
Nacho is our website chatbot. Nacho may process customer questions, product-related requests, and support interactions. Messages sent to Nacho may include names, contact details, account context, and order-related information that you choose to provide.
Lisa (automated voice information line)
Lisa is our automated voice information line at (805) 608-4881. Lisa provides business information such as hours, location, and basic service guidance. Lisa does not place orders, accept payments, or make final decisions affecting customer accounts.
Conversations with Nacho and Lisa may be processed by OpenAI and/or Anthropic, and Lisa may use ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. These interactions may be logged for service quality, troubleshooting, and improvement.
7. Email and SMS Communications
We currently send transactional email and SMS communications only. These may include:
- order confirmations
- receipts
- delivery or pickup updates
- account verification messages
- customer support responses
These communications are tied to your orders or account activity.
Transactional emails may be sent from noreply@labodegawholesales.com using our email infrastructure. Transactional SMS messages may be triggered through our operational workflows.
We do not currently send promotional or marketing email or SMS.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to meet legal, tax, accounting, operational, and dispute-resolution requirements.

- vendor and platform controls appropriate to the services we use
- reasonable disposal practices for records containing personal information
